Immerse yourself into the colourful and fragrant world of spices.

The course deals with the eventful history of the spice trade as well as with information on effect, use and storing of spices. You will taste a delightful sample of each spice in order to experience how unfamiliar fragrances and taste-sensations can enrich your kitchen.

CHF 150.00 per person
