Product information

We use high quality ingredients in our recipes which are compliant with the recent nutrition recommendations. Don’t hesitate to contact us for further information or more detailed queries.

For cold food we use cold-pressed olive oil (extra vergine) or rapeseed oil (canola oil)

For hot food we mainly use High Oleic sunflower and High Oleic rapeseed oil

We prefer products from Switzerland and close European countries

Whenever possible we use regional and seasonal products

Dairy products, eggs and most of our cheese variety is organic

Our menus are made without food additives

Our food is free from genetically modified organisms (GMO)

We don’t use irradiated food ingredients

We don’t use gelatine

Rucola salad (can be served without egg), mixed salad, chef’s salad with melon / pineapple (instead of cottage cheese), vegetable paella, vegetable platter, spaghetti Napoli and Bolognese (with olive oil instead of butter), masaman Thai curry, red Thai curry, Indian black curry, asparagus and mango salad (only available in the evening)
