Booking a table

Thank you for choosing Hiltl.
We reserve tables at intervals of fifteen minutes; if your chosen time doesn't appear, it means we can no longer accept online reservations for that period. Should you be delayed by more than 15 minutes, please call us on 044 227 70 00 so that we can hold your table. Without such notification we shall release your table to other guests 15 minutes after the reserved time.

GTC box to be ticked when booking

Although we're straightforward and cooperative, the GTC box on the booking form (right) really does need a tick. This has no consequences of any kind for our guests.

Kitchen tour

In our large open view kitchen, more than 30 chefs prepare all our dishes from scratch each and every day. We are happy to offer our guests a personal tour of our kitchen. Just ask one of the management team in the restaurant or call us on 044 227 70 05 (direct dial) to arrange a visit.

Mail address

Each reservation is automatically confirmed by e-mail. Gmail, Hotmail and Yahoo assign these replies to the junk e-mail folder. You can easily overcome this problem by adding our mail address info@hiltl.ch to your contacts.

Summertime

In warmer weather you can also reserve a table in the outdoor area. On warm, sunny days the 1st floor sometimes doesn't open until 6.30 or 7.00 p.m., or we keep it closed all evening. In that case we'll find you a pleasant, serviced table on the ground floor.
